I had a wonderful stay at the hotel thanks to Mustafa, who went out of his way to assist me with my requests regarding Wi-Fi and dining options. The large rooms with kitchenettes made my stay comfortable, whether for a short or long time. However, there were some power cuts during my visit, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the hotel is clean and the service is commendable.
My stay at the Erbil Arjaan Hotel was truly enjoyable. The service was exceptional and made my visit memorable, and I felt really safe there thanks to the solid security measures. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no swimming pool and the room service took longer than expected one night. Overall, the experience was positive, and I would definitely consider staying again.
